You save on shipping with Hicks Airbag Covers because you pay
one flat rate for shipments anywhere in the US. International shipment
costs vary according to weight and destination. Taxes, duties, and
customs fees are paid by the buyer.

Hicks Airbag Covers understands the real world you work in, and our
fair-and-square return policies reflect it. We'll do everything we can to
make your order right. If we can't satisfy you and your cover is not
painted, we'll return your money (less shipping, handling, and a 15%
restocking fee) -- but you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of
your order. Covers that have been painted (either by us or by you) cannot
be returned.
Our return policy begins with a phone call to us. You can
contact us by email at info at hicksairbagcovers.com -- be sure to include your name, your
customer number, the date of your order and the exact problem you are
having.

1. Make sure the item you return is in good shape.
To make sure we can exchange your order in case there's
a problem, make sure you've ordered the right item before
you drill it, trim it or paint it.
The item you are returning be must unused and undamaged.
We don't accept returns
with fastener holes, paint, glue or any similar damage where
it will be visible when installed.
2. Get a return authorization number from us. This
will happen when you call us. If your package doesn't have
a return authorization number on it, we'll refuse it.
3. Pack your return in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING or similar.
We will not accept merchandise that has been bent, deformed
or damaged by inadequate packaging.
4. Include a copy of your invoice, and the item(s)
you are returning or exchanging. No exceptions!
Please note: All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you've ordered the wrong item, we'll help you exchange
it for a cover you can use. As with our return policy, exchanges
will only be honored if you have called us before returning
the item(s). You'll also need to include a copy of your
order's invoice when you return the item(s) to be exchanged.
Please keep the invoice original for your records.
